Agreement

By accessing or using amaniluxe.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

These Terms form a legally binding contract between you ("you", "customer") and SAFIR TRADE GHANA LTD ("we", "us", "AMANI").

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase. By placing an order, you confirm that you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter into a binding contract.

Products & pricing

All products are described to the best of our ability. Slight variations in colour, finish, and weight are inherent to handcrafted jewelry and do not constitute defects.

All prices are listed in USD and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice but will not affect orders already placed and confirmed.

The displayed price does not include import duties or taxes payable in the destination country, unless DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) is specifically offered and selected at checkout.

Ordering

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, errors in pricing or description, suspected fraudulent activity, or inability to fulfil shipping to the destination.

A binding contract is formed only when we send you an order confirmation email indicating that the order has been accepted and dispatched.

Payment

We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and bank transfers for orders above $5,000. All payments are processed by certified, PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. We do not store your card information.

In case of failed or fraudulent payment, we will cancel the order and notify you.

Shipping & risk

We ship internationally via fully insured express courier services. Estimated delivery times are provided on the Shipping page and at checkout but are not guaranteed.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery (signature confirmation). Insurance covers your piece from dispatch until that moment.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA customers)

In accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, EU/EEA customers have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at info@amaniluxe.com within the 14-day period. Return the piece in original condition (unworn, with packaging and certificate) within 14 days of notifying us. We will refund the full purchase price within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications, personalized, or engraved. Bespoke commissions are non-refundable except in case of defect.

Warranty

We provide a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery, covering manufacturing defects (loose settings, broken solder joints, finish defects under normal use), in accordance with EU Directive 1999/44/EC.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, normal wear, modifications by third parties, or loss of stones due to impact. Lifetime cleaning and inspection are offered separately and are not warranty services.

To make a warranty claim, contact us at info@amaniluxe.com with your order number and photographs of the defect.

Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including designs, photographs, text, the AMANI name, logo, and trade dress — is owned by SAFIR TRADE GHANA LTD or licensed to us. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content without our written permission.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or sentimental value. This limitation does not apply to gross negligence, intentional misconduct, or where excluded by mandatory consumer protection law.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, war, civil unrest, pandemics, government actions, postal or courier disruptions, or failure of public infrastructure.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Dispute resolution

We hope any concerns can be resolved amicably. If you have a complaint, please email info@amaniluxe.com first — we typically resolve issues within 30 days.

For EU consumers, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ghana. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Accra, Ghana — except where you are an EU/EEA consumer, in which case you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence as provided by EU consumer protection law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated by email to account holders.
