Our Story
House of AMANI
A house of West African artistry, blending ancestral handcrafts with fine jewelry.
"We do not chase trends. We honor the heritage, the artifact, and the hand that shapes them."
The Beginning
Born of the Gold Coast.
AMANI was founded on a conviction: that West Africa’s storied history of artistry deserves a luxury house of its own. We believe that fine jewelry and hand-carved art are not separate, but parts of the same cultural language.
For centuries, the lands known as the Gold Coast have been a center of master craftsmanship. From the intricate Kente textiles of Ashanti royalty to the sacred symbolism of our masks and sculptures, this is a place where creativity has always been language, lineage, and law.
We exist to bring that legacy forward — creating pieces for those who recognize that true luxury lies in the hands of the masters who create it.
The Hands
Made by masters.
Every AMANI creation is shaped by artisans whose families have practiced their craft for generations. Whether it is a hand-woven Kente textile, a wood-carved sculpture, or a lost-wax cast gold ring, these are skills passed down, not learned from manuals.
We prioritize authenticity: our gold is ethically sourced from certified mines, our textiles are hand-loomed, and our decorative artifacts are carved from sustainably harvested natural materials.
Nothing is mass-produced. Each piece requires time and patience — because there is no shortcut to preserving a tradition that spans centuries.
Our Principles
What we hold to be true.
Origin matters.
We work only with materials we can trace from earth to bench. Our gold is Ghanaian, our artistry is rooted in West African tradition, and our story is always whole.
Slowness is a virtue.
Whether weaving textiles or casting gold, our process takes weeks, not minutes. Beautiful things are meant to be nurtured, not hurried.
Heirloom over fashion.
Trends are fleeting. We design for the granddaughter as much as the wearer, ensuring our artifacts and jewelry survive the test of time.
