Complimentary express shipping on all orders, worldwide. Production time of 3–6 weeks applies to bespoke and made-to-order pieces.

Packaging

Every piece is delivered in our signature presentation box — designed to be kept and used as the permanent home for your jewelry.

For security, the outer shipping carton carries no AMANI branding. Couriers and observers see only a plain, unmarked package.

All pieces include a printed certificate of authenticity from the atelier. Diamonds above 0.30ct also include an independent GIA or HRD grading report.

Insurance & signature

Every shipment is fully insured at full retail value, from the moment it leaves our atelier until the moment you sign for it. In the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit, we replace your piece at no cost to you.

An adult signature is always required. We will never leave a parcel unattended. If you are unable to receive your delivery, the courier will hold it at a nearby pickup point for up to 7 days.

Customs & import duties

Import duties and taxes are not included in the product price. They vary by country and are typically calculated by the courier upon arrival.

For destinations where we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — currently the EU, UK, US, and most GCC countries — duties are calculated and prepaid at checkout so there are no surprises on delivery.

For all other destinations, the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. If duties are refused, the package will be returned and a return shipping fee will be deducted from any refund.

Tracking your order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and direct link to the courier's tracking page.

You can also track any order without an account at any time, using your order number and email address.
