How to return.
Email us within 14 days
Write to info@amaniluxe.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Pack your piece
Place the piece in its original presentation box with the certificate, then inside the outer shipping carton. Ensure everything is securely packed — damage in return transit is the sender's responsibility.
Ship via insured courier
Send the package to the return address we provide, using a fully insured courier service (DHL, FedEx, UPS). Save the tracking number and forward it to us by email.
We strongly recommend insuring the package for the full piece value. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.
Receive your refund
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 7 business days. Funds typically appear in your account 3–5 business days after that.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the piece is defective or we made an error, we cover the full cost of return shipping. We will arrange a courier pickup at no cost to you.
For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping (typically $30–80 depending on origin). The original outbound shipping cost was complimentary on our part, and is not refundable on returns.
Exchanges.
We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange a piece, please initiate a return for refund and place a new order for the replacement piece. This is faster and more transparent — you will not pay twice for shipping, and pricing is locked in at the moment of each order.
Complimentary resizing: If your ring does not fit, contact us within 60 days of receiving it. We will resize it once at no charge (you cover insured return shipping). Resizing typically takes 5–10 business days at our atelier.
Defects and warranty claims.
Manufacturing defects discovered after the 14-day return window are covered by our 2-year warranty. Email us with photographs of the issue and your order number — we will assess and arrange repair, replacement, or refund as appropriate. See full terms in our Terms of Service.
