A guide to ring, necklace, and bracelet sizes — measured the way our atelier measures them.
How to measure your ring size
Method 1 — String method: Wrap a thin strip of paper or string snugly (but not tight) around the base of your finger. Mark where it overlaps, lay it flat, and measure the length in millimeters. That length is your inner circumference.
Method 2 — Existing ring: Take a ring that fits the intended finger well. Measure the inner diameter (across the inside of the band) in millimeters.
Tips: Measure at the end of the day when fingers are largest. Measure 3 times and take the average. The dominant hand is usually half a size larger.
